PANews, June 18 – According to The Block, Bitdeer, BitFuFu, Canaan, and CleanSpark have released their unaudited May production data, collectively mining 1,859 BTC. Bitdeer self-mined 921 BTC, a year-on-year increase of 370%, but held only 171 BTC on its balance sheet, having sold heavily over the past year to fund AI Cloud construction, with related annualized revenue of approximately $69 million and a slowing growth rate. BitFuFu, against a backdrop of declining total hash rate and partial power curtailments, saw its self-mining output rise to 90 BTC, surpassing cloud mining for the first time. Canaan added a combined 114 BTC from self-mining and hosting, with inventory growing to 1,867 BTC and 3,952 ETH, while advancing its "computing power heating" project. CleanSpark maintained 50 EH/s of hash rate, mining 671 BTC in May but selling most of it to fund U.S. AI data center expansion.
