PANews, June 23 – According to Mobile Payment Network, Tencent recently launched TenPayGo, a dedicated payment app for overseas visitors to China, on the Apple App Store. The app is currently in version 1.0, supports English only, and allows users to pay directly with TenPayGo at all merchants that accept WeChat Pay, without the need to exchange cash or prepare small change. Users can also view transaction records and manage bills. Tencent positions TenPayGo as an "all-in-one daily companion" for visitors to China, with plans to gradually roll out more local transportation and lifestyle service features within the app.
