PANews reported on December 22 that, according to Catenaa, Anchorage Digital acquired Securitize For Advisors, the wealth management arm of Securitize, in an effort to expand its services for Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs). The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

This transaction includes the Securitize For Advisors team and front-end platform, enabling Anchorage to integrate the division's technology with its federally regulated digital asset custody service. The advisory division has grown by over 4500% in the past year, with both deposits and net assets under management reaching record highs.
