PANews reported on November 11th that, according to on-chain analyst Yu Jin, following the release of the Uniswap-related proposal, an investment institution (possibly VariantFund) transferred 2.818 million UNI tokens (US$27.08 million) to Coinbase Prime. Subsequently, a large amount of UNI was dispersed from Coinbase Prime to centralized exchanges such as Binance, OKX, and Bybit.

Previously, UniswapLabs and the foundation proposed activating a fee switch and a UNI destruction mechanism.
