PANews reported on November 15th that, according to monitoring, "7 Siblings," who has been buying ETH at every dip since the crash on October 11th, made another purchase after yesterday's drop: borrowing 11 million USDS from Spark and then buying 3,496 ETH at a price of $3,147.

Since the crash on October 11th, "7 Siblings" has spent a total of $174 million to buy 49,287 ETH, at an average price of $3,531. "7 Siblings" has only bought and not sold so far, and the ETH they bought at the bottom is currently showing a paper loss of $18.97 million.
