PANews reported on May 6 that according to CNBC, U.S. Treasury Secretary Benson said on May 5 local time that he expects U.S.-China trade negotiations to make progress in the coming weeks. He also pointed out that the Trump administration's 145% tariff policy on China cannot be maintained in the long run.
