PANews reported on January 16 that according to Bitcoin Magazine, Oklahoma Congressman Cody Maynard submitted a bill proposing to establish a strategic Bitcoin reserve in the state. This is another state-level Bitcoin reserve plan following a similar proposal in Texas.
