PANews reported on June 3 that according to CoinDesk, Ripple's US dollar stablecoin RLUSD has been approved by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) for use in the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC). Ripple said that the approval will promote the integration of RLUSD into its payment platform and may be adopted by other DFSA registered institutions. RLUSD is 1:1 supported by highly liquid US dollar assets and is subject to third-party audits.
