(NASDAQ: SIEB) announced that its S-3 Form Shelf Registration Statement has been approved by the U.S. SEC, which can be used to raise up to $100 million through the sale of various securities. This move will enhance the company's financial flexibility, and the proceeds may be used for potential acquisitions, purchases of digital assets such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and investments in technology service lines such as artificial intelligence, including but not limited to AI solutions.
