PANews reported on March 10th that Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou City released the "Several Measures of Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City to Support the Development of OpenClaw & OPC-STC (Draft for Comments)". The measures encourage market-oriented and professional innovation platforms to establish "OpenClaw-like Intelligent Agent Service Areas," providing free deployment of OpenClaw-like intelligent agents and offering one-stop services such as technical guidance and market promotion. Eligible innovation platforms will receive certain subsidies. For eligible OPC-STC companies, a 30% subsidy will be provided for the actual model usage fees incurred when using OpenClaw-like intelligent agents to call domestic multimodal large models for AIGC creation and production, with a maximum subsidy of 100,000 yuan per company per year.
