At that time, trading on Coinbase.com, Coinbase Exchange, and Coinbase Prime will be suspended. The TIME order book has been converted to limit order mode; limit orders can be placed and cancelled, and orders may still be executed. Users' TIME funds will remain accessible, and withdrawal functionality will be retained.
