1. Iran and the United States, along with their allies in the current war, declare an immediate and permanent end to the war on all fronts, including Lebanon, effective from the date of signing this Memorandum of Understanding, and pledge to refrain from any further hostile actions against each other, nor from threatening or using force against one another.
