PANews reported on January 16 that, according to Xinhua News Agency, relevant departments of the State Taxation Administration have learned that tax authorities have continued to strengthen publicity and guidance on tax payment for overseas income of resident individuals, and have reminded taxpayers since last year to conduct self-examinations of income obtained from overseas from 2022 to 2024.
Tax authorities are reminding taxpayers to conduct self-assessments of their overseas income over the past three years.
