PANews reported on February 2nd that, according to on-chain analyst Ai Yi, the Binance SAFU Foundation address received 64.811 USDT from a hot wallet, suggesting the start of a small-scale test.

Previous reports indicated that Binance's SAFU fund has reset its authorized address, possibly in preparation for purchasing BTC.
