PANews reported on February 7 that according to Bloomberg, people familiar with the matter revealed that Gemini, a cryptocurrency company backed by the billionaire Winklevoss twin brothers, is considering an initial public offering (IPO) as early as this year. The cryptocurrency exchange and custodian is negotiating with potential consultants about listing.
Gemini has more than 500 employees in offices in New York, Seattle, Singapore, London, Dublin and Gurgaon, India, according to its website.
