PANews reported on April 20th that, according to CCTV International News, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Baghae stated today that Iran will not accept any form of deadline or ultimatum in safeguarding its national interests. Baghae stated that Iran was not the instigator of this war. The military actions taken during the war were entirely for the legitimate defense of national sovereignty. Actions to defend national interests will continue as needed. If the United States or Israel takes any new adventurous actions, the Iranian armed forces will respond forcefully and with full force.
