Grok's "Spicy Mode" feature has been accused of contributing to the abuse of AI deepfakes and has been deemed illegal by the European Union. Grant emphasized that, according to Australian regulations, platforms must strengthen oversight of AI-generated content, and eSafety will conduct an investigation and take legal action.
